This EMT Refresher Course is a 24-hour program delivered over a three-day instructional period, with skills testing and competency evaluations completed on the fourth day. The course is presented in a user-friendly format and begins with a pre-test designed to assess baseline knowledge.
Instruction is delivered using a multimedia lecture format that encourages active student engagement and interaction with instructors. The pre-test is reviewed and graded interactively during class, allowing students to identify focus areas and maximize their learning experience.
Attendance is mandatory for all three instructional days in order to be eligible for a Course Completion Certificate. No exceptions will be granted.
Continuing Education Information
This course is not approved for Continuing Education (CE) credit. Students who have already completed the required 24 hours of CE to renew their EMT certification may attend the skills testing and competency day only, provided they submit proof of completion of the required Epinephrine and Naloxone training.

Skills-Only Option
Students registering for the Skills-Only option must indicate this request in the registration comments section and confirm completion of the required Epinephrine and Naloxone training. Proof of completion is required on the day of skills testing. Students will not be permitted to participate in skills testing or competencies without proper documentation.
